The 5-storey hotel was opened in 2006. Of the 259 rooms 50 are superior rooms. In this particular area, which also has 3 suites with two bedrooms and spacious living rooms, guests enjoy exclusive accommodation and special service, and have their own personal reception and private lounge. In addition, this air-conditioned hotel has an entrance hall with 24-hour reception, a currency exchange facility and lift access. Furthermore, guests may make use of the Sky Lounge, Alabastro Bar and La Sal Marina restaurant. Spread over 1,044 m², the hotel provides guests with 14 conference rooms with daylight and first class service. They are also equipped with all the latest technology, so that, in principle, all kinds of events can be held in them. In the hotel itself there is an office centre, and for a fee the hotel offers public Internet access as well as laundry and room services and garage parking for those arriving by car.

The modern, functional rooms each come with an en suite bath/ shower, a hairdryer, a king-size bed or 2 separate beds with luxurious bedding and feather pillows. Guests are all provided with an alarm clock, as well as a 26-inch satellite TV, a telephone with voicemail, Internet access and a bright workspace.
